Although we reserve the right to reject any image on the basis of objectionable content for a family audience, we will post submitted images as soon as possible.

By submitting this form, you give New England Wild Flower Society permission to place your digital artwork on its website, www.newenglandwild.org, and use your first name and the town in which you reside. The Society reserves the right to utilize the image on its website for the duration of the Big Bugs Exhibit at Garden in the Woods, Framingham, MA, and for a two year period afterwards as an archived artwork image. Furthermore, you state you are 18 years of age or older, are competent to contract in your own name, have read this release before sending it, and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. You understand that you are free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to sending, and you agree that your failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release. If the artist is not 18 years of age or older, he/she must have his/her parent or guardian submit this form. You also warrant the image is original and does not infringe on any copyrighted material.

I understand that these images can be viewed by anyone in the world. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the image.

I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless New England Wild Flower Society, from and against any claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of this image, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in processing, reduction or production of the finished product on the web or its distribution.
