Yoga in the Garden
Feel stronger, more flexible, energized, and centered with Focused Flow Yoga. Yoga integrates body, mind, and spirit using breath work, posture flow, alignment, and body inquiry. And it's fun! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
From 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21, then switching to Tuesdays, April 29, May 13, 20, 27, and back to Mondays June 2, 9, 16
