During the summer, Rock Meadow in Belmont, MA, is ablaze with the color of wildflowers and flowering shrubs. We will search the meadows, woods, and wetlands of Rock Meadow for a variety of flowers in bloom. The walk will focus on identification as well as natural history and lore, including an antidote for poison ivy, a coffee substitute, and a solution for unruly oxen.
