Amanda Beal, is Healthy Maine Partnership director for the Communities Promoting Health Coalition in Portland, ME. She is Board President of the Maine Organic Farmers & Gardeners Association and serves on the Board of Directors for Cultivating Community, which establishes school garden programs. Amanda is a co-creator of the annual Maine Harvest Lunch event, which provides students with an all-local-foods menu through their school lunch program.
